Two-day outdoor team training in the mountains of South Tyrol. With snowshoes we hike into a snow-sure region. Using a saw and shovel, blocks are cut from the stamped snow and assembled into a spacious igloo in the classic Inuit style. The team spends the night in their self-built dwelling. But before the long night begins, the group strengthens itself with South Tyrolean specialities. A lot of fun in the hut is not excluded. But they sleep outside.

  • Experience and expand one's own limits, promote cooperation, improve communication, recognise opportunities for cooperation, use synergies
